Shipping and Handling

Our warehouses in: WA and VIC. Most items are send out from the warhouses, some items are sent out from factory if they are out of stock.

• We will ship item within 24 hours once payment cleared(excluding weekend and public holidays).
• Standard post may take 3-7 business days to arrive, so please upgrade to express post if you need it urgently.

1. Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.

2. Normally, the eParcel of australia Post takes 2 to 10 business days to deliver parcel to our customers, depending on the destination. In case that you do not receive your parcel within the aforesaid time span, the parcel might have lost. Then you should inform us as soon as possible so that we could lodge a complaint of lost parcel to the eParcel of australia Post. We will re-send your order after eParcel of australia Post has completed the investigation of the lost parcel, which would take about 3 to 4 weeks from the day of complaint.
